Head Mixologist

Answer guest questions regarding wine origin, vintage, and style; check stock quality and quantity; requisition supplies; and perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock. Prepare drink orders using specified recipes, issue and serve wine/champagne bottles, and communicate last call at designated closing time. Count the bank, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure all storage areas. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees while serving as a role model. Follow safety policies, report accidents, and ensure uniform and personal appearance meet company standards. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain positive working relationships with the team.
