Middle School Volleyball Coach responsible for planning and leading practices and games, developing players’ skills, coordinating schedules and transportation, maintaining equipment/ uniforms, and communicating with the Athletic Department, parents, and students. The role emphasizes safe, competitive, Christ-centered athletics, with duties including game strategy, team culture development, supervision of athletes, budgeting, and participation in professional development and compliance with WIAA rules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- WIAA rules familiarity or ability to learn them
- Background check clearance
- Christian mission alignment
- Two years coaching experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with students, parents, officials, and staff
- Ability to meet coaching eligibility requirements
