Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for the men's basketball program, including developing annual recruiting plans, coordinating non-conference schedules, and ensuring NCAA compliance. Collaborate with Admissions on recruiting events and student-athlete retention while maintaining the team budget and leading fundraising efforts. Oversee equipment procurement, uniform distribution, and game day operations during the fall season. This dual role requires rotating Game Day responsibilities and serves as a Campus Security Authority. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years coaching experience
- Must have good writing and computer skills
- proven administrative and management skills
- good interpersonal communication skills
- valid driver's license
- good driving record
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- ability teach and demonstrate sport-specific skills and techniques
- Will require travel for recruitment purposes
Desired Qualifications
- Specific sport playing experience at the collegiate level
