Job Summary
Supervise classroom teaching, ensure curriculum alignment with CBSE/SEBA/ICSE standards, and monitor student performance to implement improvement strategies. Oversee daily operations, infrastructure, and resource management while maintaining accurate records and preparing academic calendars. Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff; resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Conduct PTA meetings, represent the school in community events, and liaise with education boards. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education required with prior school administration experience.
