Lead Brand management team and launch an in-licensed product for GG-India. Identify product portfolio gaps, generate new product ideas based on unmet needs, evaluate profitability, and assign ideas to product management teams to ensure a steady pipeline. Conduct risk-benefit analyses in consultation with the medico-marketing team and finalize product prioritization for successful implementation and launch. Review go-to-market strategies, validate launch plans, and oversee strategy execution to ensure successful product launches. Drive sales planning and budgeting, set growth targets, and monitor market potential to sustain market share growth. Formulate brand strategies based on market trends and customer behavior, oversee implementation, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Manage customer relationship initiatives, review non-product programs, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Design future therapy roadmaps involving business development, new launches, co-marketing opportunities, and geographic development; collaborate with strategy and agencies to strengthen market presence. Lead and develop subordinates, conduct performance appraisals, provide mentorship, identify training needs, and promote high team performance. Education: MBA with a graduate degree in Science; Minimum experience: 15-20 years in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry with experience launching at least one new product.
