Job Summary
Head Manager responsible for overseeing store operations at the home SNIPES location in Woodbury, NJ. Leads scheduling, payroll budgeting, visual merchandising, and adherence to company processes; partners with District Manager and Human Resources on associate relations; drives sales and profitability through leadership, coaching, and development; builds a high-performing team, delivers feedback, and identifies development and succession opportunities while maintaining a performance-driven culture. Strong emphasis on communication, team leadership, customer service, and brand culture are integral to daily responsibilities and achieving store objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
