Job Summary
Manage store operations and staff to achieve company objectives by communicating operational goals, completing schedules, and overseeing visual merchandising. Ensure the payroll budget is met while driving sales through effective leadership, timely feedback, and performance evaluations. Build a strong team by identifying development needs, conducting coaching, and recognizing desired behaviors to foster a performance-driven culture. Partner with District Management and HR on associate relations issues. Actively participate in meetings to foster innovative thinking and communicate best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
