Job Summary

Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a minimum of 2 years retail management experience and a high school diploma. Engagement in store meetings, effective coaching, and driving results are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
