Job Summary
The Head Manager oversees all store operations and manages staff to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include communicating operational goals, completing schedules, ensuring payroll budget compliance, managing associate relations with HR, actively participating in store meetings, and building a high-performance team. The role requires effective leadership, motivation of team performance, identification of individual development needs, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
