Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing staff and all aspects of store operations to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include communicating operational goals, completing schedules, ensuring payroll budget compliance, participating in meetings, motivating team performance, and identifying development needs of team members. Key qualifications include at least 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
