Job Summary
Communicate operational goals and directives to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan. Complete schedules, manage visual merchandising, and ensure the payroll budget is met without compromising customer expectations. Partner with District Management and HR on associate relations, including performance coaching and succession planning. Provide honest leadership to build a performance-driven culture, motivate team productivity through timely feedback, and identify development needs for individuals. Actively participate in meetings to foster innovative thinking and communicate best practices. Manage store operations to drive sales and profit results while maintaining integrity and addressing poor performance situations constructively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
