Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing the staff and all aspects of store operations to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include communicating operational goals, completing schedules and operational tasks, ensuring payroll budget is met, and partnering with District Manager and HR on associate relations. The role requires building a strong team, providing effective leadership, motivating team performance, and managing employee development. Ideal candidates must have retail management experience and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
