Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing the staff and all aspects of store operations within their home store to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include communicating operational goals, completing schedules and tasks, ensuring payroll budget adherence, and engaging in team meetings to drive innovation and identify business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong drive for results, alongside competency in leading and developing a cohesive team. Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail management experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
