Job Summary
The Head Manager at SNIPES is responsible for managing staff and overseeing all aspects of store operations to meet company objectives. This includes communicating operational goals to maximize contributions toward the sales plan, managing schedules and visual merchandising, and ensuring payroll budgets are met. The role requires fostering a performance-driven culture through effective leadership and coaching, handling associate relations, and participating in store meetings. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, be disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with at least 2 years of retail management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem-solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
