Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing staff and all aspects of store operations to meet company objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating operational goals, completing schedules, ensuring payroll budgets are met, partnering with management on HR issues, and fostering team performance. Candidates should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members. A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role and a high school diploma are required, along with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
