Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing store staff and all aspects of operations to achieve company objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating operational goals, completing schedules and tasks, ensuring payroll budgets are met, participating in meetings for innovative solutions, building a strong team, and providing effective leadership. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
