Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing the staff and all aspects of store operations, ensuring achievement of company objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating operational goals, managing schedules and visual merchandising, ensuring payroll budget compliance, collaborating with Human Resources on associate relations, and motivating team performance. Candidates should have a strong drive for results, excellent communication and organizational skills, and must be able to handle retail challenges. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree being a plus.

- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
