Job Summary
Head Manager responsible for managing staff and all aspects of store operations within their home store to ensure achievement of company objectives. Key duties include communicating operational goals to the store team, completing schedules and visual merchandising, overseeing payroll budget, partnering with HR on associate relations, leading meetings, driving sales and profitability, coaching and developing employees, identifying development needs and succession opportunities, and maintaining a performance-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to lead a team
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Goal oriented
- Adaptable and flexible
- Fast learner
