Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing the staff and all aspects of store operations, ensuring achievement of company objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating operational goals, managing schedules and payroll budgets, leading team performance, and identifying training needs. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate staff. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least 2 years of retail management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required

Additional Requirements
