Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing store operations and staff to achieve company objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating operational goals, managing scheduling and operational tasks, ensuring payroll budgets are met, and developing a strong team. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of previous retail management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a performance-driven culture. The candidate must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
