Job Summary
The Head Manager is responsible for managing staff and all aspects of store operations to achieve company objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating operational goals, completing schedules, managing payroll within budget, and fostering team performance through effective leadership. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team, with a focus on achieving results. A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of retail management experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
