Head Manager

Manage the staff and all aspects of store operations to ensure achievement of company objectives. Communicate operational goals and directives to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan. Complete schedules, handle visual merchandising, and oversee payroll budgeting while maintaining customer expectations. Partner with District Management and HR on associate relations, including termination situations. Actively participate in meetings to foster innovation, identify business opportunities, and communicate best practices. Build a strong team that delivers sales and profit results through honest leadership, timely feedback, and continuous coaching on development needs. Identify succession opportunities for high-performing associates. This role supports SNIPES' mission to serve youth culture and community through its "SNIPES serves" program. Full-time hourly position with on-call rotation.
