Job Summary
Manage store operations and staff to achieve sales plan objectives by communicating goals, completing schedules, and overseeing visual merchandising. Ensure payroll budget adherence while partnering with District Management and HR on associate relations and performance issues. Lead team development through coaching, identifying succession opportunities, and providing timely feedback to drive productivity. Actively participate in meetings to foster innovative thinking and solve business problems. Requires 2+ years of retail management experience, ability to stand for long shifts, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Full-time hourly role with benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a bonus plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
