Job Summary
Manage store operations and staff to achieve sales and profit objectives by communicating goals, completing schedules, and overseeing visual merchandising. Ensure payroll budgets are met while maintaining customer expectations, and partner with District Management and HR on associate relations and termination situations. Lead team performance through effective feedback, evaluations, and coaching to identify development needs and succession opportunities. Drive sales by motivating associates toward productivity goals and fostering a performance-driven culture through open dialogue and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
