Job Summary
Drive the transformation of reactive maintenance workflows into a data-driven, predictive culture while overseeing technical CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning. Lead the implementation of Lean-Maintenance mechanisms and TPM standardizations to reduce unplanned downtime and optimize OEE. Manage the technical departments with a focus on disciplinary and professional leadership, establishing modern coaching concepts for staff. Collaborate closely with production leadership to align capacities and strategic goals, while ensuring strict compliance with SHE regulations, legal inspection deadlines, and industry quality standards. Requires an engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification with extensive leadership experience. Full-time role in the Bodensee region with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren technischen Leitungsposition im industriellen Umfeld
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Staatlich geprüfter Techniker / Meister
- Fundierte Expertise im Bereich Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Management, Zuverlässigkeitstechnik sowie modernem Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit Instandhaltungssoftware (IPS/IPS-Tools), ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP PM) und gängigen Steuerungswerkzeugen
- Moderne Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Empathie, klarer Kommunikation, Vorbildfunktion im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit sowie ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
