Job Summary
Lead the four-person IT team by setting priorities, making decisions, and providing operational support while managing the full system landscape from hybrid infrastructure to Microsoft 365, Azure, and business applications like Dynamics 365 and Sage. Serve as the primary contact for business units, evaluating requirements and delivering functional solutions. Steer the IT budget, licenses, and external vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions for Windhoff. Collaborate with senior leadership to advance the IT and AI agenda, executing projects on infrastructure, information security, and data privacy. Develop the internal data and reporting platform using Microsoft SQL, SAP BO, Power BI, and Fabric. This strategic role involves shaping the digital future of the corporate group with direct influence on strategy and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im IT Umfeld abgeschlossen oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse in der Praxis in vergleichbarer Position
- mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im IT Betrieb
- Verantwortung für Teams, Projekte oder größere IT Themen
- Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Technologien wie Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 und Azure
- Komfort in hybriden IT Umgebungen
- Kenntnisse mit Business-Applikationen wie Dynamics 365 oder Sage
- Verständnis dafür, wie solche Systeme im Unternehmen zusammenspielen und welche Daten darin stecken
- Berührungspunkte mit Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz
- idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit ISO 27001 oder TISAX
- strukturiertes Arbeiten
- wirtschaftliches Denken
- Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu erklären
- Deutsch-Kenntnisse auf C-Niveau
- gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
