Head Lifeguard

Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary, examining injured persons and administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation using training and equipment. Rescue distressed persons with American Red Cross techniques, maintain water quality through chemical testing and filtration system maintenance, and ensure sanitary conditions across all facilities. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise lifeguard staff to ensure a safe and clean swimming environment while performing other work assigned by management. This role supports a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment at 45+ community pools in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester, offering flexible hours and opportunities to earn extra income through swim lessons or special events.
