Job Summary
Lead Head of Laboratory responsible for ensuring all laboratory activities comply with quality and technical policies and procedures; ensure laboratory personnel are trained and competent; keep laboratory quality procedures and work instructions up-to-date; oversee procurement of services and supplies for laboratory operations to meet specifications; ensure implementation of management-system procedures (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 & OHSAS 18001); monitor sampling and QC inspection activities, and testing results for boiler water, effluent, and RO water; coordinate with customers, operations, and engineering on sampling, testing, QC inspection, and product loading plans.
