Head JV Softball Coach

Plan, manage, and direct the JV softball program, including scheduling, strength training, conditioning, and practicing. Instruct players on rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques while organizing individual and small group practice activities. Assess player skills, monitor athletes during competition and practice, and maintain eligibility forms and emergency data cards. Collaborate with the varsity coach on program development, budget management, and facility use. Supervise athletes during all activities, follow injury procedures, and model sportsmanship and non-discriminatory practices. Maintain the equipment room, distribute supplies and uniforms, and participate in special events such as parent nights and pep assemblies. Attend staff development meetings and professional activities to improve coaching performance.
