Job Summary
Lead Infant/Toddler programs across Campbell, Mountain View, San Jose, and Saratoga campuses; oversee Infant and/or Toddler curricula, train fellow staff, act as liaison between Director and staff within their age group, visit sister sites to share knowledge, and participate in planning/facilitating staff in-service meetings. Requires an Associate's Degree, 2 years of experience with children, strong communication, professionalism, and an enthusiastic, growth-oriented approach to early childhood education. Compensation ranges from $25-$29.50 per hour plus benefits; opportunities for leadership roles and ongoing professional development are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including the Infant/Toddler Development course
- 2 years of experience with children
