Job Summary
Head of HR to lead the people function across corporate office and retail network. Build scalable HR systems, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performance culture across diverse employee groups. Partner with the CEO and leadership on org design, workforce planning, and succession; design hiring strategies for Corporate and Retail; improve hiring metrics; build an employer brand across retail and corporate talent markets. Develop performance management systems for frontline retail staff and corporate functions; oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRMS; standardize HR policies across locations; drive engagement and retention across stores and corporate. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to sustain a high-trust, ownership-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience managing both retail/frontline workforce and corporate teams
- Strong exposure to high-growth or multi-location environments
- Proven experience in org design and building HR systems from scratch
- Understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
