Head High School Softball Coach (Anticipated)

Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training while demonstrating behaviors that foster character development, self-discipline, and confidence. Mentor each player to cultivate trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. Implement and monitor all athletic policies, state, and league regulations consistently. Safeguard participants by providing guidance at all practices, games, and travel. Manage equipment rooms, locker rooms, and facility cleanliness, securing all doors and windows when leaving. Organize preseason meetings with parents, coaches, and guests. Promote the sport through recruiting and media relations, maintaining positive relationships with boosters, officials, and fans.
