Job Summary
Head Golf Professional overseeing golf operations (tournaments, rules, tee sheet, merchandise, range, player services, carts) and collaborating with Superintendents/FOH on budgets; leads payroll adjustments, staff scheduling, and training; drives data capture via Troon Rewards, provides leadership for golf staff, and delivers golf instruction through lessons and clinics to members/guests; requires PGA membership and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with experience in POS/tee time systems and Golf Genius; role includes hiring/training, planning, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
- Experience with Golf Genius software
