Job Summary
Oversee all facets of golf operations including tournaments, rules, tee sheet activity, merchandise inventory, range, and player service. Manage staff associates through hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions while developing ongoing training programs. Control expenses and monitor business volume forecasts to align manpower, productivity, and costs with the budget and business plan. Provide golf instruction through lessons and clinics, ensuring high-quality customer service and safe work practices. Collaborate daily with the Superintendent and Food and Beverage Manager to maintain operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university
- three to five years related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
- Class A member of PGA/LPGA
- Regular and reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Class A member of PGA/LPGA preferred
