Job Summary
Head Golf Professional responsible for overseeing all facets of the golf operation at Wohali Golf Course. Leads staff, manages budgets and payroll, schedules, and hiring/training; delivers golf instruction through lessons and clinics to members and guests; ensures high service standards, strong interdepartmental communication with the Superintendent and F&B Manager, and maintains guest satisfaction. Requires leadership of golf personnel including Teaching Professionals and Tournament Coordinator, with proficiency in POS/tee time systems and Microsoft Office; PGA/LPGA Class A membership preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Class A Member of PGA or LPGA
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform job duties
