Job Summary
Oversee daily golf operations at Eagle Landing Golf Club, managing check-in procedures, tee sheet management, and tournament execution while directing staff in training, planning, and performance evaluation. Lead player development programs including clinics, junior camps, and individual lessons, and maintain the golf cart fleet and merchandise inventory to support budget goals. Collaborate with the General Manager and Superintendent on cost adjustments, manpower forecasting, and membership sales initiatives, while ensuring compliance with Troon standards and safe work environments. Manage EZLinks and Jonas software for operational efficiency and audit membership categories bi-annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years as 1st Assistant Golf Professional or Head Golf Professional
- Minimum of two years directly responsible for tournament operations and setup
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or three to five years related experience in golf operations management
- PGA / LPGA Active Membership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EzLinks Tee Time Software
- Experience with Jonas Club Management Software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
