Job Summary
Lead and oversee all golf operations as Head Golf Professional at Invited’s Canyon Creek Country Club in Richardson, TX. Deliver high-quality golf instruction and clinics for adults, juniors, and seniors in alignment with Invited and PGA/LPGA standards. Manage the golf shop, drive member engagement, promote revenue through programs and events, coordinate tournaments and special golf events, and supervise staff including marshals, starters, and shop attendants. Build relationships with members, set and achieve sales and instruction goals, and ensure adherence to club policies while maintaining exceptional service and a strong focus on member satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- A PGA or LPGA Professional Certification is mandatory
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service
