Job Summary
Oversee and maintain all facets of the golf operation, providing professional support, management, and training to golf staff associates. Responsible for day-to-day golf operations including tournaments, merchandise inventory, and player service operations. Develop and track budgets, enhance customer relations, and ensure high levels of service. Prepare work schedules, assist in payroll tasks, and provide golf instruction. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or related experience and Class A member of PGA/LPGA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Class A member of PGA/LPGA
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
