Head Girls Track Coach

Head Girls Track Coach responsible for organizing and supervising the school’s total sports program, applying substantial knowledge of the sport, and modeling appropriate behavior for student athletes. The role involves scheduling practices and workouts, supervising student conduct at practices and games, ensuring eligibility and transfer compliance, coordinating with the athletic director and principal, supervising and advising a staff of coaches, coordinating transportation and requirements for tournaments, issuing and maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining positive public relations with the community and supporters. The coach guides equipment guidelines, oversees facility and equipment security, and organizes preseason meetings with parents, coaches, players, and guests.
