Head Girls Softball Coach

Head Girls Softball Coach responsible for coaching student-athletes to develop high skill levels, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Duties include organizing meetings, assessing athletes to tailor coaching plans, creating and implementing workout schedules, coordinating facility scheduling, instructing players on rules and techniques, developing game strategies, enforcing conduct standards, tracking academic eligibility, maintaining equipment, and representing the club with media and community organizations. Must follow district policies, communicate with parents/guardians, and participate in professional development to enhance coaching skills.
