Head Girls' Soccer Coach

Manage the Head Girls' Soccer and Cheerleading program by establishing fundamental skills, training staff, and maintaining discipline while ensuring adherence to Catawba County Schools athletic policies and state regulations. Conduct daily practices and games, provide constant attention to student athletes' grades and conduct, and initiate injury and emergency protocols with required paperwork submission within 24 hours. Coordinate event scheduling, transportation, and facility maintenance with the Athletic Director and school employees, while overseeing equipment inventory, storage, and reconditioning. Direct student managers and statisticians, organize pre-season meetings, and maintain public relations with parents, the Booster Club, and media. Assist in budgeting, support athletes in college selection, and promote the sport through recruiting and community programs.
