Head Girls' Soccer Coach

Establish the fundamental philosophy, skills, and techniques for the girls' soccer and cheerleading programs while overseeing staff training, clinic attendance, and professional growth. Direct student managers and statisticians, maintain discipline, and adjust grievances in alignment with Catawba County Schools policies and North Carolina administrative codes. Provide constant presence at all practices and games, safeguard participants, and manage equipment inventory, storage, and reconditioning to ensure facility safety and cleanliness. Coordinate tournament logistics, transportation, and special events while monitoring athlete grades, conduct, and eligibility. Submit injury documentation within 24 hours, assist in budgeting, and maintain public relations with media, parents, and the booster club.
