Job Summary
Head Girls Golf Coach responsible for leading the high school golf program, coaching and developing teenage athletes, ensuring compliance with WA coaching standards, coordinating after-school schedule, and communicating effectively with students, parents, staff, and community members. Requires high school graduate (or GED), CPR/first aid training or ability to obtain, flexible after-school availability, and completion of Vector Solutions trainings within 30 days. The role involves running a solid high school program and supporting student-athlete academic achievement through sport.
Required Qualifications
- Be high school graduate or have completed a graduation equivalency diploma (GED) program
- Be at least 21 years of age to be an assistant coach
- Current first aid and CPR training or the ability to obtain, prior to the start of the season, from an approved OSD provider that includes return demonstration
- Flexible Schedule
- Must be available immediately after school - 2:15 pm
- Completion of required Vector Solutions (SafeSchools) trainings within thirty (30) days of hire
- Be able to meet all Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) coaching standards
