Head Girls Flag Football Coach

Organize and supervise the total sports program by instructing athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training while modeling socially acceptable character development. Implement athletic policies approved by the Jasper County Schools' Board of Education, interpret state and league regulations for staff, and maintain discipline through proper grievance channels. Coordinate with the head coach and athletic director to schedule events, provide transportation, and manage equipment inventory, ensuring facility safety and budget adherence. Serve as a mentor to each athlete, monitor grades and conduct, and handle injury documentation within 24 hours. Present a positive image of JCSD at all times by organizing parent meetings, managing public relations with media and boosters, and recruiting athletes for the school program.
