HEAD GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY COACH -The District reserves the right to split this position between two qualified candidates.

Head Girls Cross Country Coach responsible for teaching and coaching cross country, motivating student-athletes to excel academically and athletically, and developing a strong program at North High School. Collaborates with the strength and conditioning coordinator to ensure proper conditioning, supervises practices/games, promotes school programs, supports MTSS for behavior and academics, maintains strong attendance and punctuality, and utilizes strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with culturally diverse students, administration, staff, students, and booster clubs. May involve working with athletic boosters at concessions and participating in at least one annual meeting. Must demonstrate character and commitment to the program and be willing to fulfill duties assigned by administration; role emphasizes leadership, communication, and program development across the school community.
