Job Summary
Lead and shape foreign direct investment initiatives for a partner brand from a remote, Singapore-based role. Focus on attracting high-value investment leads, building and managing a robust pipeline, conducting introductory investor meetings, coordinating in-market trips, and performing due diligence and market analysis. Develop focused marketing/communications strategies for deal sourcing, provide regular analytics on market activities, and collaborate with the Investment Development team to progress opportunities. Requires Bachelor's degree, 10+ years FDI experience, strong presentation and communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of Foreign Direct Investment work experience
- Proficiency in English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written/spoken)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Experience in business development and investment attraction
- Leadership competencies: strategic thinking, change management, strategic networking, achievement orientation, customer centricity, stakeholder management, analytical thinking
- Technical skills: business planning and development, project management, risk management, client relationship management, market analysis and research
