Head Elementary Cheer Coach

Lead the TK–5th grade cheer program at Adventure Christian School for a seasonal role (Sept 2026–May 2027). Plan practices, games, and performances (practices once a week for one hour), teach fundamental cheer skills (motions, jumps, chants, routines), promote teamwork and sportsmanship, and maintain a safe, structured, positive environment under the Athletics Director. Model Christ-like character, participate in team devotions, and support the school's mission and values. Requires moderate physical exertion and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in cheer is preferred but not required; strong communication and teamwork skills and a positive attitude working with elementary students are important, along with willingness to learn and grow within the program.
