Job Summary
Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency and productivity across manufacturing operations. Lead a multidisciplinary team of digital experts, setting clear performance targets and fostering a culture of innovation through mentorship and guidance. Evaluate emerging technologies such as IoT, big data analytics, and AI to address specific business challenges, then oversee project implementation within established timelines and budgets. Champion change management by collaborating with stakeholders to gain buy-in and developing training programs to promote digital proficiency. Establish mechanisms for tracking key performance metrics like operational efficiency and cost savings, providing regular data-driven updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and success in driving digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing or similar industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry-specific challenges and opportunities
- Deep knowledge of digital technologies, including but not limited to IoT, big data analytics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and robotics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in project management, change management, and team leadership
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and value
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges
