Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of the enterprise Digital strategy and roadmap to support business growth and operational value delivery across PETROS Group. Drive IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity, digital governance, and capability-building for PETROS’ Digital/ICT workforce; shape the Sarawak Gas Roadmap and major PETROS projects. Responsibilities include leading digital transformation across operations, subsurface, engineering, supply chain, finance, and human capital; overseeing budgeting and ROI; evaluating emerging technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, IoT, Digital Twins, AR/VR); establishing governance and project standards; and building a high-performing Digital team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Enterprise ICT Systems, including senior managerial leadership roles overseeing multidisciplinary functions across IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity, digital governance, process control systems, telecommunications, networking, and plant facilities within upstream and downstream operations
- Professional Technologist (Ts.) certification is an added advantage
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ISA/IEC 62443, CBCP, or ISA Automation & Control Systems are an added advantage
