Job Summary
Lead the Design & Detailed Engineering team and oversee design and commissioning of Air Insulated and Gas Insulated Substations. Develop detailed engineering plans for renewable energy pooling substations and conduct power system studies while providing technical leadership. Support tender and procurement processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Manage teams of 15-20 engineers with a background in substation design and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- 15-20 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills
- Previous roles: Manager/Senior Manager, Project Leader, Project Management
- Experience managing teams of 15-20 engineers
- Substation Design (AIS/GIS)
